Home Style Laundry offers a Pick-Up & Delivery service to Local Hotel guests. There’s no need to visit a laundry mat as part of your Council Bluffs or Omaha visit. We offer this service Monday – Friday, with extended services available during major community events.
Step 1: Register for our Pick Up & Delivery service. Simply click on the green SCHEDULE PICK UP button located on the main page. Create your own personal account online and set up your schedule. Once that is completed, give us a quick call (712-322-6668) to confirm your order and we will be on our way.
Step 2: Please put wash and fold garments and special care garments (hand wash, hang dry) in plastic bags. Separation of lights, whites, and darks are included with all wash and fold orders, so you don’t need to do it. Leave your order with your hotel’s concierge or front desk.
Step 3: Home Style Laundry Delivery Service will then swing by and grab your bag. After arriving at Home Style Laundry & Dry Cleaners facility, your clothes are invoiced, sorted and pre-treated for stains. Special instructions are marked in our system, ensuring they’re given proper attention.
Step 4: The cleaning process commences!
Step 5: We will return your fresh duds back to your hotel, leaving your order at the concierge or front desk.

We use quality detergents, bleach and fabric softeners. Let us know if you need scent free detergents, we will be happy to accommodate your request. If you should have any questions, feel free to contact us.
NOTE: The last load needs to be in by 7:30 PM and doors lock at 9:00 PM. *No attendant on Saturdays or Sundays.
