Do you weigh the laundry when it is wet?
No, not at all. We weigh after we have washed, dried and folded it.
Where do you provide laundry service?
We service areas within a 10 mile radius of our physical address. Are you outside of this range? Call us for consideration.
Can you handle dry cleaning?
Yes, we do; however, the delivery time will take a few extra days.
Is my laundry processed with other laundry?
EW! No, that’s gross. All laundry is processed separately and NEVER mixed with other laundry.
When do you charge my credit card and how often?
We charge your credit card every time you have a delivery. You are only charged for the services you received, nothing more, nothing less.
What’s the turn-around time?
You will have your laundry back within 24 hours (Mon – Fri).
Can I include my bed sheets in the Home Style Laundry Delivery Service?
Yes, of course. Your bed sheets are weighed with your order
Do you pick up and deliver to area hotels and motels?
Yes we do! All you need to do is contact us at (712) 322-6668 and one of our qualified staff members will assist you in setting up your pick-up. Put your dirty laundry in a plastic bag, leave it with the front desk or concierge service and advise them that a valet from Home Style Laundry will be by to pick it up and deliver back to you as scheduled.
What happens if you attempt to pick up my laundry and it was not prepared?
You can cancel your pick-up for the week. To avoid any fees, please call or email us 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up day. There is a $10 missed pick-up fee and applies when you fail to cancel a scheduled pick-up.
What if there is bad weather?
In the event of inclement weather, our delivery service may be delayed. Affected customers will be notified by text or email.
I have sensitive skin and use a special detergent, will you use my detergent?
At Home Style Laundry we use all name brand products. However, if you wish to send a specific detergent along with your laundry we will be happy to use it and return it in your laundry package.
How do I cancel my service completely?

Will my information be private and safe?
Yes. We protect your information and privacy. We do not share your personal or financial information with anyone!
